To help us reach our fitness goals, the bf and I have been looking up healthy and delicious recipes. One of our favorite sites for recipes and a great guide to healthy eating is Julia & Libby. We tried out their Cacao Snow Balls but just swapped out cranberries for apricots as we had those handy. These were super easy to make, just chuck all ingredients in the food processor, roll into balls and coat with desiccated coconut. Perfect if you’re needing a sweet fix and they make about 25 balls so you can have them as snacks throughout the week! Recipe is here!
